We advise that before you book a flight, consult the relevant country’s immigration office because each individual country has its set of regulations concerning passport requirements. These regulations may however be revised from time to time but it would be advisable to leave some pages blank in your passport as a precaution measure.

Yes, laptops can be used onboard our aircraft. This is however only once the aircraft reaches cruising altitude. You will then need to obtain permission from the cabin crew to use your laptop.

Passengers who do not show up will be terminated from the flight. Passengers are required to show up at the boarding gate at least 10 minutes before departure.

Endeavour to report at the check in desk at least 30 minutes before check-in if you are travelling with bags. You should note that this must be completed before the check-in closure time 60 minutes for Domestic Flights, 120 minutes for Regional Flights and International Flights.

Cronos Air check-in counters open 2 hours before departure for Domestic flights, 3 hours for Regional International flights.

Kindly present your passport and ticket together with anything else (company ID card or anything you were asked to bring along when booking) at check in.

Passengers should check-in for their flight prior to check-in closure time which is 30 minutes (for Domestic Flights), 60 minutes for Regional Flights before the scheduled departure time. There will be a prompt closure of check-in points at all airports due to standard policy which ensures our flights depart on time.

This policy to be strictly complied with. Please allow ample time for check-in completion.

Your reservation will be terminated because you will be considered absent. You will have to contact our office to check if your reservation can be restored. The penalties and rules that apply depend on the fare class you have booked.

Yes, assistance for special needs (e.g requests for wheelchairs) are available. You must however make a request for it when booking and not less than 24 hours before your flight’s departure. For effective assistance please report to the airport at least 45 minutes before check-in closure time. You will find staff who will be happy to assist you.

When you notice your luggage is missing, damaged, or pilfered, make sure to report it to the airline at the airport within 4 hours of the arrival of your flight. In order to process your claim quickly, please complete and enclose the following documentation:

  • Property Irregularity Report (PIR)
