Hurray, Cronos Airlines will be 10 years in 2017

Cronos Airlines, the Malabo based airlines and one of the flagship airlines in Equatorial Guinea celebrate its 10th anniversary this year. The passenger carrier with its hub at Malabo International Airport in Equatorial Guinea, was founded in 2007 by Andrew Artemio Kaiafas. It started operations in 2008 with a small 19-seater and a provisional license to operate for six months.

The airline has sinced grown from its 30-seater at the end of 2009 and by July 2010 they had a 92-seater, the BA-146. Later the airlines acquired a second 98-seater and an air transport certificate. The Airline can now boast of 6 modern fleet and recently acquired an Embraer ERJ 135LR and 145LR to connect more cities and people together in the Sub region.

With over 112 scheduled domestic and regional flights, the Airline has flown over 2,500,000 passengers safely with the highest Standards and has 120 employees who are dedicated to giving the best customer service.

Over the past 10 years, Cronos airlines have earned admiration of its passengers with a proven track record of service quality, punctuality and safety in West and Central African region. With extremely experienced pilots and cabin crew flying throughout the African continent. The Airline aims to continue serving our existing domestic and international regional network and Expand coverage to meet the growing demands of additional flights within Africa.

The Airline has the past years sponsored and supported programs like “Road to Mongomo” and community festivals in Malabo and playing a role to boost the tourism industry in West and Central Africa.

As part of our customer service experience for the 10th anniversary, the Airline website has been professionally re-designed and the airline hope to implement our online booking system soon. The aim to serve our customers with the very best and meet high quality service standards

Eventually, the Airline is looking at adding newer and better aircrafts, expand our destinations and reach out to more people in the subregion and customers should expect nothing but the best of flight experience, packages and promotions this anniversary year
